WARRANTY POLICY

At LUXXOR-ABK, we make your warranty experience smooth and hassle-free.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser using our fittings in their personal home, at the original place of installation. It’s not transferable and doesn’t extend to future owners or different addresses.

Warranty & Claim Process

The warranty shall commence on the date of invoice. Claims must be supported by at least one of the following: a valid invoice, the registered mobile number, or a valid order ID.
Customers are required to submit the following documentation via Email or WhatsApp:
A valid proof of purchase (Invoice)
Order ID
Registered Mobile Number
Visual evidence (images and video) clearly indicating the product’s fault

Replacement Proces

LUXXOR-ABK provides replacements only for defective parts/products under warranty.
No refunds will be issued if the customer refuses the replacement.
If replacement is required:
The same model will be provided.
If unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be offered.
Courier will be used for shipping replacements and collecting defective items.
Onsite service is not available; support is offered via voice/video call.
LUXXOR-ABK will cover any damage during shipment to the customer.
Upon receiving the above, our support personnel will contact the customer within 24–48 business hours.

Warranty Exclusions to Coverage:

The warranty shall be deemed void under the following circumstances:
Improper installation, negligent use, or exposure to damaging substances or conditions
Unauthorized repair, modification, or usage of third-party/non-genuine components
Cleaning with abrasive or chemical agents not prescribed in the user manual
Damage attributable to natural events, infestations, or contaminated water sources
Wear consistent with aging or environmental exposure
Failure to comply with operational guidelines
Lack of regular maintenance and cleaning
Absence of verifiable purchase documentation
Warranty claims for non-covered consumables
Any labor, logistics, or ancillary service fees
Incidental or consequential losses

Post-warranty period claims

Limitation of Liability Clause

Under no circumstances shall LUXXOR-ABK be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property loss, disruption of service, or any indirect costs arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Labor costs associated with product removal or reinstallation are not included in this warranty.
Liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts within the valid warranty term.

Resolving Disputes

If there’s a disagreement, we’ll first try to resolve it through open communication or mediation. If that doesn’t work, any legal matters will be handled exclusively by the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
